Shortly after earning my license, I formed a long-standing partnership with Carmen Pedota, building a successful team grounded in trust, integrity, and exceptional service. We later aligned with Wagner Realty, a firm whose innovation, professionalism, and global perspective closely reflected our own values. Together, we provided elevated representation to our clients until Carmen’s retirement in 2024.

My approach to real estate is defined by discretion, strong negotiation skills, and a commitment to guiding clients seamlessly through every stage of the process. Much of my business is built on client referrals and long-term relationships—an outcome I believe reflects the confidence and loyalty of the clients I serve.

I am a proud mother to Ryan, a practicing attorney, and Kelly, a Florida State University graduate currently attending medical school.

Outside of real estate, I share a passion for travel with my husband, Mark. More than 20 years ago, we acquired Land and Cruise, Cruise Planners, a home-based travel agency and member of the prestigious Signature Travel Network. Specializing in curated cruise experiences, the business reflects my appreciation for detail, service, and a global perspective.

Giving back is an important part of my life. I have been actively involved in my community as a PTO president and community center coach, and I volunteer annually at the Wagner Golf Classic benefiting the Bradenton Blue Association. I am also deeply committed to animal rescue and have served as a handler for Picture Them Adopted.
