Beautiful Bayshore
For those lucky new buyers who recently found homes in Bayshore Gardens and for the residents who have resided here for awhile it is nice to review some of the super amenities the development and the area have to offer.
One of the only developments that offer a marina for, in this day and age, a bargain price with sailboat access to Sarasota Bay is a wonderful and rare asset. Slips are secured on a 1st come 1st served basis with a small rental fee available in 6 month increments. A boat ramp is also on the property. Oh, did I mention the HOA fees are less than a dollar a day! 
The community also boasts an Olympic size pool, quaint picnic shelters with bbq grills, a children's playground and a club house with kitchen facilities that is available for weddings, anniversaries, graduations, birthdays christenings and other celebrations. Also offered are volleyball courts, bike racks, a ball field and fishing pier.

Bayshore Gardens is situated only 20 minutes from the sugary white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key. It is also close to the City of Sarasota, Sarasota and Tampa Airports and conveniently near Bayshore Gardens Shopping Center and local hospitals.
It is truly a gem, homes offered for terrific prices and should be appreciated.
