Harbour Isle Update
As a long time local realtors we are lucky enough to tour many fabulous homes and communities. Several years back we were invited to tour a new development on its own little peninsula called Harbour Isle. Boy, were we impressed! Enter into a tranquil preserve dotted with coach homes pools and a mile long lake. 
The appointments to the homes are fabulous...from hardwood floors, to coastal moldings, high vaulted ceilings and even observatories on some models where you can see for miles.

Beautiful Bayshore
For those lucky new buyers who recently found homes in Bayshore Gardens and for the residents who have resided here for awhile it is nice to review some of the super amenities the development and the area have to offer.
One of the only developments that offer a marina for, in this day and age, a bargain price with sailboat access to Sarasota Bay is a wonderful and rare asset. Slips are secured on a 1st come 1st served basis with a small rental fee available in 6 month increments. A boat ramp is also on the property.
