Rainy Day Brokers Caravan
Lori and I just returned from the monthly island brokers caravan. Wow! We did see some beauties. We started in North Anna Maria and viewed an elevated 3 bedroom/2 bath pool home with views of the gulf. Another Anna Maria City listing located on Archer at the very end of the street was divine. BRAND NEW nicely appointed and still close to the beach with a great pool.
One of our favorites of the day was an absolutely charming cottage on the Anna Maria Holmes Beach border. It is updated beautifully with a huge garage(very unusual on the island and provides great storage for all the toys). Priced at $599,000 this gem really deserves a look for someone looking to own a piece of paradise.
Then we viewed three properties in the City of Holmes Beach. There was ranch home on Marina Drive, tastefully updated with an amazing cook's kitchen. Oh and we must say with a view of the mouth of Bimini Bay was literally to die for. Moving on south just a bit another ranch home on 72nd St renovated by Dan Gagne (the best of the best in our opinion)was shear perfection offered at a very fair price. This home was canal front with plenty of room for a pool.
Our last stop was on the Grand Canal/67th St. This top to bottom ranch renovation is almost completed. Serious boaters take note this terrific 3 bedroom home with a pool is priced to sell at $750,000.
