Selling your home is a daunting experience even for people who have done it before.
What we suggest to our sellers is to get in their car, drive around the block and then park in front of their home as if they were interested in possibly purchasing it. Does the house have curb appeal? If not, why. To perk up the front of the house, if needed pressure washing gives it that clean fresh look--if it needs painting do it...maybe the trim needs a touchup, this is money well spent. Is the landscaping appealing and tidy? Could it use some updating? Perhaps some areca palms for that tropical feel and how about adding a splash of colorful inpatients or begonias to liven up the front...
For those lucky new buyers who recently found homes in Bayshore Gardens and for the residents who have resided here for awhile it is nice to review some of the super amenities the development and the area have to offer.
One of the only developments that offer a marina for, in this day and age, a bargain price with sailboat access to Sarasota Bay is a wonderful and rare asset. Slips are secured on a 1st come 1st served basis with a small rental fee available in 6 month increments. A boat ramp is also on the property. Oh, did I mention the HOA fees are less than a dollar a day!
Last night Father Wind was really a blowing! We awoke this morning to lots of fallen leaves, a pool full of debris and a little treasure! Huddling on the ground was this adorable and very frightened little Florida gray screech owlet! The poor little guy was so confused (who wouldn’t be after his fall?) that he hopped right onto our landscaper Modesto’s finger. I guess he thought his finger looked like sturdy tree branch.
While Modesto comforted our little feathered friend we searched high and low for his nest but were unable to find it. It was then that we called Wildlife, Inc.
